We have resumed deliveries. However, the situation here in Taiwan/Taipei is definitely not back to normal, so please note the following. Please read the entire message.
1. The wholesale flower markets are operating on a reduced schedule, so they are not open every day. Please give us a few days’ notice to avoid delays. In addition, we may have to make more substitutions that usual, as the full selection of flowers may not be available.
2. In most cases same-day deliveries will not be possible. If you are in a hurry, we suggest putting ASAP in the delivery date and explaining the situation in the order notes. Otherwise, you can contact us in advance to inquire what might be available on short notice. Email is best: [email protected]
3. The situation could change at any time. Obviously, we will do our best to deliver all orders as promised. However, we have to follow government directives and our own best judgment to ensure everyone’s safety. (Due to government restrictions, we cannot deliver to hospitals.)
4. If you are sending flowers to someone who is under quarantine, please be sure to let us know in the order notes. We will arrange to deliver the flowers without personal contact.
