2026 農曆新年與情人節重要公告——下單前請務必閱讀

Thank you for visiting Avignon Florist. This year Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day, our two busiest times of the year, fall during the same period. To ensure we can continue providing thoughtful, reliable service during this time, we have put the following special ordering and delivery policies in place. If you are ordering for Valentine’s Day, we kindly ask that you pay particular attention to items 4, 5, and 6 below. We truly appreciate your understanding and support during this busy season and apologize for any inconvenience.

Please place Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day orders as early as possible. This period is our busiest time of year, and availability is limited.
We will not be able to accept same-day delivery orders between February 1 and February 15.
Unless a specific delivery date is required, orders may be delivered a few days earlier or later than the requested date in order to ensure all deliveries are completed before the holiday. If delivery on a particular day is essential, please clearly note this in the order comments. We will do our best to accommodate requests when sufficient advance notice is provided.
We will be accepting a very limited number of orders for delivery on February 14. Please place your order as early as possible to secure Valentine’s Day delivery. (Now is not too early)
On February 14, delivery will be limited to Taipei City and the Banqiao, Zhonghe, Yonghe, and Sanchong districts of New Taipei City only. For other areas, deliveries must be scheduled on a flexible basis before February 14 (with sufficient advance notice) or after February 14 if time does not allow earlier delivery.
For all deliveries—especially Valentine’s Day orders—please note that many recipients may be traveling due to the long New Year holiday, sometimes leaving one or two days early. Please confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds for missed deliveries or for orders canceled after February 11 (Taiwan time). Please also note that many offices close early or operate with minimal staff during this period; delivery to offices after February 11 is not recommended.
The terms outlined in this notice may change. If there is a significant gap between reviewing this notice and placing your order, please check back to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.

感謝您造訪 Avignon Florist。農曆新年與情人節是我們一年中最繁忙的兩個時段，而今年這兩個重要節日恰好落在同一期間。為了在此期間持續提供細心且可靠的服務，我們特別制定了以下訂購與配送說明。若您是為情人節訂購花禮，敬請特別留意下方第 4、5、6 點。感謝您在繁忙季節中的體諒與支持，若因此造成不便，敬請見諒。

請盡量提前下訂農曆新年與情人節的花禮。此期間為全年最繁忙時段，訂單名額有限。
2 月 1 日至 2 月 15 日期間，恕無法提供當日配送服務。
除非特別指定必須於某一日期送達，為確保所有花禮能於節日前完成配送，訂單可能會提前或延後數日送達。如您需要指定特定日期配送，請務必於訂單備註中清楚說明；在提前告知且時間允許的情況下，我們將盡力配合您的需求。
2 月 14 日（情人節）當日僅接受極少量配送訂單，請務必盡早下訂，以確保能安排情人節當日送達。
2 月 14 日當日的配送範圍僅限於台北市，以及新北市的板橋、中和、永和與三重區。其他地區的訂單，需視情況安排於 2 月 14 日前彈性配送（需有足夠提前時間），或於 2 月 14 日後配送，若訂購時間不足以於節前安排送達。
所有配送訂單（尤其是情人節訂單）請特別留意：因農曆新年連假較長，許多收件人可能外出返鄉或提前一至兩天離開。下單前請務必確認收件人能夠在配送時間收花。對於無人收件造成的配送失敗，或 2 月 11 日（台灣時間）後取消的訂單，恕無法提供退款。另請注意，許多公司行號於此期間提早休假或僅留少量人員值班，不建議於 2 月 11 日後安排送至辦公室。
