This applies to ALL orders for the period May 4th to 15th.
Thank you for your interest in Avignon Florist. If you are placing an order for the period of May 4th to 15th (whether it is for Mother’s day or some other occasion) there are a couple of things that we would like you to know.
Update — May 7: We are fully booked through May 14 for both Mother’s Day and non-Mother’s Day orders. We can no longer accept any Mother’s Day orders, including late orders. We already have a waiting list that will take several days after Mother’s Day to clear.
This update supersedes all messages below.
Non-Mother’s Day orders may still be placed for delivery on or after May 15.
- We are currently fully booked for all orders for all days from May 4th to 11th. If you are interested in sending flowers for Mother’s Day, we cannot deliver on or before May 10th. If you place an order, please enter “ASAP after Mother’s Day” in the delivery date field. Please do not enter a specific date unless you do NOT want the flowers delivered before then. If you enter a specific date, we will deliver when we get to your order or the specific date, whichever is LATER. (At the time of writing, May 6th, you should not expect delivery before May 14th.)
- Please be sure that we have all the information necessary to complete the order. This includes the floor number and a local (preferably mobile) phone number. If there is no security or concierge in the building, someone must be home to receive the flowers.
- Our delivery area is limited the period of May 4th to 15th. We cannot deliver to more distant areas such as Taoyuan, Shulin, Sanxia, etc. We can no longer accept orders for delivery by courier.
We thank you again for your interest in Avignon Florist. We give every order our closest personal attention. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Best regards,
Dave and Vanessa
